Two king suites
The main-level primary suite has a walk-in closet, double vanity, walk-in shower, soaking tub, private water closet, fireplace, and access to the wraparound balcony. A second main-level king bedroom has an en-suite bath with double vanity and walk-in shower.
Work and unwind
Upstairs, a dedicated office and media room provide separate space to work or relax, with a full bathroom on the same level. For longer stays, the office may be converted to a third sleeping room by prior arrangement only.
Open-air Duluth
The main-level wraparound balcony and private rooftop terrace look toward the Town Green. The rooftop terrace is reserved for tenants of this unit and their guests, with a maximum of eight people at one time. Oversized windows bring light into the residence, with remote-controlled shades for comfort.
The standard two-suite setup accommodates up to four overnight guests. Up to six may be accommodated when the upper-level sleeping arrangement is prepared and approved in advance.

Guests, including overnight guests, are welcome within the agreed occupancy limit. Please respect other residents and local noise rules. - House rules
Check-in is 1:00 p.m. and checkout is 11:00 a.m., with flexibility by prior arrangement. No pets and no smoking; assistance-animal requests are handled under applicable law.

- Inkjet printer with copying and scanning; ready-to-use ink and starter paper supplied at check-in. Guests replenish ink and paper after the initial supply.
